Sadly I feel I need to comment if only to help the Boots store staff. My prescription item is out of stock for 3 weeks now! Telephone not answered despite calling several times a day for a complete week. I guess they're understaffed but no excuse when customers need medication. Now it means a trip to Redruth, probably to be told meds still out of stock!
Rather unhappy I'm afraid.

This was the third pharmacy I had tried to obtain an essential medication for my husband which, apparently, has gone on short supply. The pleasant, Eastern European lady I spoke to immediately realised the urgency of the situation and said it could be dealt with within 30 minutes. I was so grateful - the other pharmacies tried to give me the non-essential medications and redirect me to the GP surgery, (who would obviously not be able to help)!

The young woman who is now the manager of this Boots is seriously disrespectful and they way she talks to you is like she scraped you off the bottom of her shoe!! It's now happened to me at least 3 times and all I've ever done is be polite!
She seems to especially like to talk down to people who through now fault of their own don't work because of disability! It's disgusting that someone like her should be the manager of Boots chemist who deals with people with disability and mental illness every day. Boots really needs to take a good hard look at her!

Friendly staff. Very efficient. First time I?d had my prescription sent to this pharmacy (which reads like an encyclopaedia) and quick service. I would definitely recommend this branch and will use again.

Best of a bad bunch. But they are massively understaffed by at least three people and there must be installed a front till for non prescription goods. This is totally unacceptable for a big giant chain. The poor staff in there it's not ok

Impossible to get served to buy simple products as you have to wait 20 minutes in the Pharmacy queue as nobody can be bothered to serve. 5 staff to serve one guy at 5pm? Only wanted to pay for baby food. Even the delivery guy got more attention. The attitude when i was served was appalling. It Used to be a decent Pharmacy.

A small store that often doesn't stock what I need. I order online and pick up there. Just the one queue for all purposes and the staff member was a bit stressed. It isn't my favourite branch of Boots but I'm grateful for it.
