On Thursday I ordered 4 tyres and booked fitting for the following Monday afternoon. Got a call on the Monday saying that they didn't have the tyres, they'll be in on Thursday and I would get a call. No call came. I tried calling them. No answer. The following Monday I went in to the store. They said they'll be here later today. Booked for fitting on the Thursday at 5 to 5.30. It is now 6.38 and I'm still waiting for my car.

I am not amused at how tight you did the wheel bolts on my van. They are so tight that I broke my power bar and rounded the head on one of the bolts. They are supposed to be torqued!

They must have changed their staff from my last review a year ago. I rang up asking about a tyre for my Peugeot 3008 and was quoted £114. The guy said he would ring me asap when the tyre was in stock. Two days later with no reply I rang again and had to explain it all over again to the same bloke who said he would ring me back. After four days I decided to go to AJM tyres in Camborne who fitted one within 30 mins including waiting time. Cost was £85, guess where I'll be going the future?

Awful customer service. Manager messed up booking, with phone proof that it was made a week before and took no responsibility,didnt even have the courtesy to try and re-arrange. Just got ignored. Rude and careless.....
