Just wanted to say thank you to Jackie who helped us when my partner Roger had a fall and damaged his knee. Jackie went beyond with her help, let a very muddy Roger get in her car and brought us from the cottages to the car park and directions to the hospital. We are back in our home town and Roger has just come out of surgery to repair his tendon. Thank you so much

NT have made a great effort at this location to offer a more casual beach/street shack experience to chill, eat and drink after an energetic scramble around Pentire Head and its surrounding views.

Stopped for a light lunch after going to Lundy Bay and doing a short walk along the coastal path. Good options and nice food and drinks, ideal place to stop if doing a coastal walk or if in the local area. Clean facilities, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating, very nice.Parking: Plenty of parking

Lovely cafe in a lovely place staffed by lovely people easily reached by an undemanding walk from the coastal path. Toilets, parking, great coffee. Interesting menu of fancy toasted sandwiches etc. Next to a fine playground and picnic area, a great place to walk by to with small kids. One caveat: their bacon bap was possibly the worst I have ever tasted. Remarkable.Kid-friendliness: Playground, picnic area, orchard with games, tasks and fairy doorways(!) for small kidsParking: National Trust, so free parking for members. Plenty of space even at height of season

Great place to stop for a hot drink/cake/snack etc after a walk. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The toilets are brand new and incredibly clean. The cafe is great and the staff are lovely!

A wonderful place with wonderfully helpful staff. Only one downside?. Last time there was one Gluten Free sandwich option?. This time none. Please please can we have more GF options as this WAS a favourite for lunch.
