We went for dinner last night after they reopened due to a terrible flood . The restaurant was lively with a great atmosphere , the staff were all so friendly and welcoming . We ordered 12 dishes between four of us and we all agreed every tapas dish was incredible ! Such flavour and variation , we were blown away ! Amazing to find this little gem just footsteps away from our rental cottage . If you are staying nearby you must try it .. but book ahead it looks like everyone loves this place.

We always love Bewsheas, it is an easy atmosphere that often has a real buzz, a great tapas menu that you can feast on or snack on and a really good drinks list with some excellent cocktails. Tonight we had a lovely meal for two.

Bewsheas is a lovely place, we ate there twice across a four night stay in Downderry walking the SW coastal path. It?s family run, nice space, friendly- excellent front of house and service, and the food is top notch. We went back for more. You should too. Good beer + wine options.

Late May so not yet high season but the place was packed, glad we booked ahead online. Not surprised it's so popular, great reasonably priced food, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere...and less than 5 minutes walk from our Air BnB. We were only in the area for a short break, had we been around longer there would definitely been a second visit
