We were on holiday in Penzance and the boot on our car would not lock or close, we had a long motorway journey home and were worried as we could feel the boot flapping and bumping as we drove along. We took the car in and Craig kindly fitted us in the next morning first thing at 08:00 am. Within an hour Craig rang to inform us it was an electrical fault with the lock and we needed it replaced, Craig had already ordered one to come in that afternoon. We had the car back and fixed by mid afternoon. Very grateful and impressed by the honest, understanding and efficient service.

Excellent ! I was here on holiday when my car started to make a horrible noise. Pitstop fitted me in quickly, offered me a courtesy car, and then did the repair work so quickly that I didn't need the courtesy car. Very reasonable price, and they were very nice throughout. I feel very grateful, they turned what could have been a horrible experience into a pleasant morning.
