Went for a roast on our holiday, the staff were super friendly, helpful and made our experience enjoyable. Unfortunately the food made me ill later on that day, and didn't seem the freshest. Apart from that the rest of our experience was good.

Well a very good pint of Guinness for sure & if you turn up on a Sunday at 15.00 then you could very well be singing along as it is an open mic afternoon & it's not bad at all.A friendly atmosphere certainly worth a visit if your out for a Sunday walk along PZ seafront it's just behind the lugger inn

For mains, we had the mussels and the seafood marinara. The mussels were absolutely delicious. It was the best mussels we have had, especially since we like a creamy wine, and garlic sauce with it.
The main's portion for the mussels is huge

Walked in from walking by wasn?t planning welcoming and nice staff. got the muscles and couldn?t be better 2 beers and shared the muscles with my wife she was delighted excellent service

Popped in on spec one Sunday evening with my son recently before getting the Riviera Express to London. Menu limited to some specials and Sunday roast. We took the roast. Very tasty. Glad we didnt order the large, the small was well big enough.

A pub for all locals,visitor,dogs. Excellent trade ale on offer, and keg. Love to call in. Excellent sunday lunch at good price.

Situated just off the Promenade this is a great "proper pub". Fabulous Moules and excellent Sunday Roast.
