Went straight in a d placed my orders saving £10 on one of my 3 orders. The emoyee I dealt with was very helpful. One order was not available at the store which I knew as I had oozed it up on line so I asked if it could be delivered. It arrives at the store tomorrow so it's a 10 out of 10 from me.

Walked in and walked straight out. They have ceased using catalogues. If I wanted to shop on line I would use amazon. Toolstation only 200mts away. Went there instead. I had to tick a star to get this posted. 0 stars is my selection.

The long rock store in penzance have items listed as avaliable on there website when in fact they are not available and yet it still lets you go ahead and order the items for click and collect same day..
