Long queues at self checkouts, with checkouts not working - if you are going to get rid of staffed checkouts and make your customers do the work, at least have technology that is reliable and working.

Was in this morning shopping with my partner and our 4 year old son who has severe learning disabilities. He was very impressed with a machine that was washing the shop floor. The man who was driving it was kind enough to stop and let my son look at the machine and showed him how it works. I have seen the man a few times but not sure of his name. He is always very respectful towards the Sainsbury?s staff and the customers. It?s always nice to see people being respectful and looking out for each other. If the person who was washing the floor this morning sees this. Thank you so much for your kindness and taking the time to talk with us. Not many people will make the effort but it?s highly appreciated.
