Gavin is a true gem. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and calm. He?s the reason in-person shopping still has the edge over online. He even warned me that Legami pens were dangerously collectible? and he wasn?t wrong! A great experience from someone who clearly loves what he does.

Have used this branch of Rymans for my personal stationery needs and wants for a while, always had lovely service and have been very happy with my purchases. The sale items are often great value bargains! Staff always friendly and patient.
Recently I started using them for printing for my job and I have to say that Gavin is amazing. Service like it used to be. Personal, friendly, attentive and detailed. Just what you need when printing multiple complex jobs with varying requirements. Can't recommend highly enough.

The shop owner/retailer of this Rymans was in WHSmith and bought out the whole shelf of Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions on release day, which "scalpers" are trying to sell for double the retail price online. I went into Rymans after to see if it was reselling the boxes, only to find they were only offering Mini Tins (1 per customer), which leads me to assume the Binder and Sticker Collections are being kept for themselves (probably to rip people off online). The ONLY reason Pokemon is as big as it is, is because when we were children, these packs were available in stores. If they're being bought out by greedy, middle aged shop owners, kids are never going to see these on the shelves. Meaning these sets will be worthless in the future when there's no nostalgia for kids wanting to open them. If you've already got allocation, you need to consider the impact your greed has on children, collectors and buyers in the local community. WHEN the Pokemon Company print this set into oblivion, your sealed cases will be retail value, people who paid stupid amounts extra online will feel cheated (and probably leave the hobby) and your shop will be remembered for this. I personally, will never enter this shop again.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff! Not helpful at all! Asked about printing a label for a parcel was tole to e mail it but no explanation so had to ask how ! Asked wher label was after paying was pointed to printer and when asked how I attached it was told to buy sellotape! His attitude stinks! Post office said they have had lots of complaints about his attitude!!!!!
