Had my electronic handbrake seize on a busy road in Newlyn whilst in Cornwall. A family member who lives locally recommended giving Ruan a call. Despite Ruan clearly being extremely busy, he agreed to have the car recovered to his garage late in the day, and then pulled out all the stops to replace my calipers the v next day enabling me to get back to Bristol. Great communication, attitude and price for parts and labour. Absolutely went above and beyond to get me sorted and can't recommend his services highly enough. 11/10. Thanks Ruan & team ?

Absolute top garage. Sorted our oil covered engine bay out in record time after I forgot to replace the oil filler cap. Would use all the time if we didn't live hundreds of miles away!

A boss who really knows what's going on. Did it in minutes for our campervan
discovered that a battery only charges to 48%. Driven happily from the farm after 1 and a half hours. Always happy.

Would highly recommend Ruans to anyone. On holiday had an oil leak even though he was fully booked he asked me to come down and he'd have a look. It needed a part which he ordered and got it back the next day. If I lived nearer I would use him all the time. Top bloke and so is his mate. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give him 10

We're on holiday had serious trouble with the car found ruans services on line had good reviews so went over with the car he was very busy but stopped with no hesitation to look at my car plugged it in found fault sorted it out told us come back next day he solved the problem so we were able to enjoy our holiday and get home safe. Absolutely brilliant service wish we lived closer would be our garage if we did top marks .

Fantastic service and reasonable price. Not our usual garage, popped in following recommendations. Ruan fitted my car in as an emergency despite being obviously busy. Quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and replaced it, all within 24hrs. Could not fault - seems a genuine and nice guy, will be using him in the future!

AVOID. This garage has changed, recently the service has been appauling and dishonest. Ruan has rang me up rudely telling me off for being 5 minutes late due to school run, he shouted at me when I queried a charge, he called me a liar when I noticed he had damaged my gearknob, he?s charged me for items he did not even order (confirmed by his supplier) and then added an extortionate mark up on the retail prices. The work done was incorrect, meaning my car no longer ran smoothly after. He refused to let me speak, called me a c*nt as I walked away, and charged me double what other garages later quoted for the same work.I will not be returning and recommend you steer well clear also. I?m now very concerned for the condition of my car.

Car broke down on a Friday for a weekend visit to Cornwall, and got recovery to tow it to Ruan. Come Monday he went above and beyond to get me back on the road so that I could get back to work for Tuesday! Top bloke and honest. Price was expected for what was needed compared to others. Thanks Ruan.
