I went to get a tooth fixed, paid £500 and then dentist drilled to much tooth away and made it worse.They still owe me money as I had to pay for treatments in advance, I'm looking for legal advice.

Diana Gribb is a remarkable dentist. I had an extraction of a molar which, apart from a tiny discomfort when administering the anaesthetic, I felt no pain whatsoever, neither during or after the surgery. With the assurance of personal back up, if I did experience any problems, I could not have been treated any better. Thank you.

My husband&myself attended this surgery for the first time.we found the staff on reception were very welcoming &the dentist eleni mantzourani put us both at ease.&was very helpful. I would recommend this practice. I love the character on the window he is cute.

Dr Andrew Samaan has given me dentures that l can wear! Summer 2019...Another local dentist let me down very badly with temporary ill fitting dentures, never even made it to the final ones costing me best part of 2,OOO pounds. Since Covid 2020... Never even contacted me...Left with only half my own teeth and no top front ones.l can now finally face the world not feeling self conscious. I was widowed 3 months ago and this has given me a boost at least. This dentist was kind, patient and has restored my faith in people. Thank you to all the staff here. X

3 years ago I messed up and missed my first appointment due to a scheduling mix up. I completely understand that it was an inconvenience to the practice on that day and I would have paid a missed appointment fee or whatever if asked to. Unfortunately their policy re: missed appointments is a full ban from ever coming back to their practice. I figure three years later I could start the process again and register, however the answer was no. Just to be clear, there was no aggressive interactions or threatening behaviour, this was solely down to a missed appointment. There are only two dentists in Penzance that I can go to and now there is only one. There policy is draconian and makes no sense.

Really unhappy experience here for myself and my teenage son, whowas entitled to free dental treatment but did not have the paperworksorted, so they were going to charge him, which was fair enough, howeverhe did not have any money with him and could not reach me on the phone so he was more or less ejected from the dental chair, really unkind and very embarrassing for a young person when they could have posted the bill, it was only a filling. When I challenged them on this behaviour the receptionist was very unfriendly and very unhelpful which made me cross in my responses and she stormed off accusing me of abuse. Then the manageress took me upstairs and spoke at me in a very condescending manner, so I left. As I had been cross and raised my voice I phoned later and asked to speak with the receptionist and apologised quite genuinely, to which she thanked me (also seemingly quite genuinely). The following week I was sent a letter to tell me I had reduced two of the staff to tears so I was no longer a patient on their books. What a lot of dramatic nonsense, and actually lies. I wouldn't go back here if you paid me. p.s I have only given one star because you cant give a zero.

After beginning to pay for treatment (that hasn't dealt with the actual pain) I had one of two filling done. This filling came out within the month, and it was loose after only a week. I was not paying £85 (a whole day of work for me) for such a shoddy job - I was having a refund.My next appointment they cancelled.My next appointment they cancelled.My third appointment they denied me treatment because I had yet to pay them even more money.Keep in mind there's about 1 month ATLEAST between each of these appointments...Disgusting treatment, and abhorrent attitude towards customers who have been in agony for almost six months. You would have think they would have just apologised for cancelling two appointments and providing me shoddy dental work - instead the act like its MY FAULT, and demand more money before doing work.Do you know that they had the cheek to ask me before I left?"Do you want to book another appointment?"You know what they say, 'forth time's the charm'

Was told I missed an appointment today even though I had no letter or call .when I phoned up I was told I could never have an appointment again as I missed one ......I'm sure this dentist thinks im mystic meg ...receptionist very rude and wouldn't take into account I never got the letter with appointment date ....wouldn't touch this place with a barge poll

I have been with this practice since they first opened their doors. I have always been treated with the greatest of care & respect. I never have a problem getting an appointment with either the dentist or hygienist, & have always been treated well by the girls on the front desk.
