Following many frustrating hours on the phone to O2 customer service (and still without being able to use my phone!) I popped into the Penzance store. I was greeted by Josh who was extremely helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he resolved my issue quickly. Highly recommended.

No working landline to contact the store its been weeks? Why can't customers contact the only store open currently in Cornwall.I know you've had a refit but why hasn't O2 sorted out a number for you? I need to order something to the store for collection.

Went here yesterday and could not have been happier with the service staff very polite and welcoming very chatty and helpful would defo 100% recommend these guys and thos store to anyone ?

Customer service in this store is so bad that the manager hid out the back halfway through the complaint and refused to come back out. Do not use 02 and do not go to this store if you need anything sorting out.
