Made our week being able to relax in this wonderful pub. The staff and regulars are so friendly, the staff are really helpful, they know loads of information about the area , we also met a few ex tin miners, we had breakfast, lunches and dinner, the food was delious. Good value for money, not to expensive. Sunday lunch was super. The Fiddly Dees on a Thursday, traditional music in a great atmosphere lifted the soul. And, we adored Pickles & Pablo. You want a local lovely relaxing pub with great food and atmosphere it's here at the North Inn.Nearby activities: Geevor mine. Walks from the door. Coast path near by and the moor.Food & drinks: The food and drinks are good value for money , great selection of drinks & snacks. They serve a good breakfast mon-friLunchs and dinner 7 days a week. I would book for Sunday lunch .

Visited again last evening for first time since COVID. Good food and a genuinely sincere welcome. A really nice pub.We walked past this morning and the dog tried to pull me back in, so I guess we'll be back there again soon.

On this visit I actually stayed over night (4 nights)It was not booked in advance but is out of tourist season so I was happy to get a room. The room is more than adequate clean tidy and I was well looked after. I wanted to update my review as the last one was done at the end of covid and had a huge influx of touristsThis visit I got to see just how friendly the landlord and locals areEach morning I was offered a cooked breakfast, although it was a different serving everyday. So not consistent ?.I have eaten here two evening out of the 4, the menu is quite limited but I enjoyed what I was given the portions were good and the quality and presentation were also good.Would I recommend visiting and staying most certainly it's is a local pub that treats you well and makes you feel at home.I would like to also add a special bit of praise and thanks to the ladies who work here. Always welcoming, friendly and polite.Rooms: Warm in winter I was in a disabled friendly room with very large shower and bath very nice view out the back to the coastFood & drinks: Good quality not restaurant quality but enjoyable and good value

A good 'proper' Cornish pub to stop off at while walking the Penden coast. We had homemade soup which was fine.
