Great service. Professional. Advice given was brilliant. On line ordering needs to be a little clearer regarding run flat or not. My fault ordering the wrong tyres but the local staff were brilliant fixing the problem and fitting the following day.I ordered the wrong tyres and the Penzance staff were great. Also advised of an issue with depth of tread across rear tyres on my hybrid BMW that Ocean BMW had not made me aware of when they advised me of my tread depths. Could had led to a costly problem.

Whilst on holiday in June we unfortunately had a nail pierce the tyre ,rang nearest Kwikfit and they were brilliant went the following day and it was sorted in no time ,Thanks

I don't usually bother with reviews, but I'll make an exception for these guys. They got me out of a proper bind today. I don't think they could have made their service any better if they'd tried. Im disabled and live in the middle of nowhere, so no car, no life.
They fitted me in almost straight away, They had the job done and the car back on the forecourt in what felt like no time. And were cheerful lovely people while doing it. All round a pretty spectacular service. Can't recommend them enough.

I went in for a battery change which was done on time and the staff were friendly, approachable and professional. After the fitting my car wouldn't start, so the engineer plugged it into a diagnostic computer and it showed a possible starter motor fault. But then it started ...and failed again. One engineer, who was actually on his day off, popped in, did some checks, disconnected some wires to the starter, reconnected them again and all was sorted. My car has run brilliantly since with no issues. I am so grateful for the attention and care I received. Thank you to all the staff for making a stressful time as easy as possible. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
