10 piece bargain bucket had 7 drumsticks in it- not going to bother buying again at that price. Very greasy and dark, like it had been overcooked. On the upside it was served hot though and served quickly.

My first and last visit. The fries were cold and very few of them. The burger was okay ish but cold. The woman who served me was surly with no manners and the whole experience was 'off'.

Ordered off uber eats came 1 hour 30 minutes later , food came completely cold, gravy was like jelly and smelt like burnt fryer bits. Very disappointed.

I have come into this KFC countless times over this last year, sometimes several days in a row and I have to say that Georgina is an outstanding staff member.
She is always polite to me and always has a smile on her face.
Even laughed at a joke I made after seeing her for the 5th day in a row when i wondered if she ever went home.
Georgina is amazing staff member and She definitely deserves to be recognized by management for the amazing job she is doing representing your KFC store. Georgina is a delight to see during my weeks of busy business trips.
Alot of your other staff members could do with learning a thing or two about customer service off of Georgina.

As I type this I am currently waiting in line to be seen to by the member of staff who has pretended not to notice me, who is conviniently not wearing a name badge. I'm reluctant to use the kiosk because quite frankly there's never been anything wrong with human interaction. I hope to see the appropriate ammendments made upon my next visit, kind regards

I didn't have to wait too long and everything was hot with nothing missed from the order.
The burger was thrown together and the gravy was more like a paste than liquid.
Below average experience for a KFC.

Another batch of youngsters, finished college now starting uni no doubt, i believe they could, just before they finish, teach them to interact with the general public first before releasing them to the outside world, only saying, and looking below, why would i recommend McDonalds big Mac when im sitting in a KFC? pay attention to detail people, it could save you heartache.
