I recently visited Holland & Barrett in Penzance, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store is conveniently located on the High Street, making it easy to find. Terrible service. I have received empty bottles of oil and refused only one replacement. They take ages to answer the phone, and the couriers leave the boxes on the doorstep even though I've asked several times that they ring the bell. AVOID!!!
