“Having just been into your shop in Market Jew Street, I was somewhat confused by the lady at the till! A gentleman in front of me, who was clearly younger than me by far, was allowed to buy a large bottle of hand gell! I asked if I could also purchase to be told no I could only by wipes! Clearly as an elderly person I am more at risk than the gentleman who was clearly younger! Can you advise me why I was refused??????”
