“I visited Hobbs in the New Year whilst on holiday in Cornwall. I purchased several items. Unfortunately one of them, a sabatier chopper (a great little tool incidentally) broke during usage. I couldn’t find my receipt and was going to contact the manufacturer myself. I emailed Hobbs to see if I could get a copy of the receipt.
They went above and beyond and contacted the supplier themselves to organise a replacement. I actually received a larger and better model than the original.
