Really poor service here. let me sit waiting for over 25 mins only to then come over and rudely tell me that they didn't have time to deal with my quite simple matter. Treated me like I had caused them a problem by being a loyal EE customer. If possible do it online, don't expect any help from this lazy bored looking gang of ne'er-do-wells. Really really poor.

Had a shocking experience with a senior member of staff in store - extremely rude, argumentative, and lied about having back to back appointments. Deliberately ignored and disappeared into the back office for 40 minutes with no further appointments turning up.Only coming down after a junior member of staff (who had apologised for his behaviour) had run into a technical issue. The senior member of staff was then again rude, interrupted the conversation I was having with the junior member of staff and made a scene accusing me of wanting the staff in the shop to lose their jobs. (Spoiler: I did not want everyone to lose their jobs)Appalling behaviour throughout. I understand people have bad days but this man was smart enough and old enough to know better, and behave better.

I came to EE about a week ago to get a SIM card with data on it that would allow me to create a mobile hotspot so I could teach online while in Penzance. I was asked for my address and then reassured that the signal would work. I specifically made this purchase so I would be able to teach online with a good internet speed and video quality, and I paid about 30 pounds for it, an amount of money--though not cheap--I considered well priced given the service promised. However, I have had little success with it. I have been unable to use the connection to teach because the video cuts out frequently, the call drops, and my students can't hear me. Despite my best efforts, I've been left feeling highly unprofessional and unable to teach properly.When I went in to EE today to ask what could be done, I was told that there was nothing. I was given no alternative possible solutions, and they refused to reimburse me. Given that I initially came here to seek out their expert advice and followed it, I feel it would have been nice to at the very least, be given some sort of apology, although problem-solving/ a partial reimbursement would have been appropriate.I need services that are reliable and people-centric, and this was neither of those things. For this reason I will sadly no longer be using EE's services, and if asked about them by friends and family, will be honest about my experience.

Arranged appointment to swop out my monthly 02 SIM card for a pay as you go simNot overly technical so had a few questionsTo askHarry dealt with us and was very approachable professional and friendly and met our needs - without making me feel an idiot for asking daft questions. Going beyond in customer service is rare these days. Mentioned that the charging port was blocked and the other staff member cleared this for me in under a minute. This was not sale of the week for them business wise but I was pleasantly surprised at the levels of communication and customer service. Thank you. Neil Maggie and Poppy the Labrador

Just had a very brilliant experience here Daniella the store manager is very professional and exceedingly proficient in technology. She went above and beyond to help me with a technical issue which she resolved within 10mins. Colour me impressed EE take note when considering pay rises?

Absolutely Attrocious Attitude. I called up as there was confusion about a delivery. Whilst was talking got interrupted abruptly and said we are very busy we can't help you at the minute we will call you back. Haven't heard nothing. Disgusting attitude on some people! Avoid like the plague
