Very disappointed?. Arrived an hour and a half late to which the driver apologised? and the extras I added such as extra cheese and extra sauce on my large pepperoni pizza were not added. Very dry, cold and overall underwhelming. Will not be ordering again. Over priced and tasteless.

Didn't go here so cannot comment, always seem to be overpriced to me but that is just a personal thing.

Ordered a gluten free one. Was so cooked it was burnt to a crisp and I mean burnt to a crisp Was like touching ash. So inedible the sea gulls wouldn't touch it Will not be visiting again

On holidays. Ordered a stuffed crust and paid to collect. Got home to find standard thin crust. Also gobsmacked to find it cut into squares!!!! Never known that with a pizza. Don?t waste your time and money here at Penzance Dominos pizza.

Sat in to eat as it has a couple of tables. Piping hot food compared to having it delivered. 15 mins wait for order to be made.
Parking: No car park. Would have to park on the street.

Only giving it this score as when we ordered we where told it would be a 15 to 20mins wait which me and my Auntie said was fine. It ended up being a 55mins wait, there was a massive order they were working on but why did they inform us it would only be upto 20mins if they were going to take longer.
The order screen said at 25mins that the order was ready to pick up but when I asked they said they were still waiting to put something in the oven, then it disappeared a few mins later off that screen. What's the point of that screen if it's wrong.
After waiting 55mins we took our food to a beach to eat only to find one of the items was wrong, we didn't get the Chicken Strippers that we ordered we got the Chicken Knickers instead. Thank god they didn't give us spicy ones instead.
I know big orders are important but maybe keep your other customers updated on their orders if they are going to be longer than you originally told them. We only got updated when we asked about our food.
Haven't been to a Domino's in years and I might not come back for a few more years.
