“From start to finish I can’t praise up all of the staff here in Penzance enough , all have been very attentive and fastidious today, especially Jennifer and her assistant, I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the young lady, but both Jennifer and this lady, made me feel calm and relaxed, I had come here for an appointment to have a tooth extracted, it didn’t want to come out as there wasn’t that much left to get a grip on, both technicians, gave more than their best to take it out, and this was on the NHS, to my surprise, there wasn’t any charge as it was an emergency, thank you so very kindly to you all, outstanding service.”
