When we arrived we were browsing the phone section for about 10 15 minutes. No one approached us so I went to the desk to ask for somehelp. We were told the guy on phones was on his lunch break (230pm) and would be 20 minutes. We waited the 20 minutes and eventually met the guy. We had both found deals through carphone warehouse online, and came to see if there were any better deals in store. The prices were extortionate and even the worker said that he couldn't believe how high they were. Looking at £64 a month for Google pixel 8, and I've got it online for £32 with free Pro headphones. Not impressed to be honest

Iv had 3 or 4 dashcame from this company and theve all broken each time they have offered to replace but never had the same model in stock ao always got the more expensive replacement at a cost to myselfAt first I paid £100 now the one I have cost nearly £300 and its broken again this time I won't be adding more money on the next

JIM was very helpful and super informative about laptops and it's not even his specialty. A star service, super polite and did not put pressure on us to buy it. Really nice guy, also went out of his way to research some information for us. Amazing customer service. If you are looking to buy any electronics I highly recommend going to Penzance Currys. What an amazing team at Penzance Currys!I visited today to purchase the cheapest possible tumble dryer. The man who served me treated me as if I was buying the most expensive model: really helpful, explained everything really clearly, told me I could bring back my broken model for free recycling (which I did not know previously) and put the new dryer into the car with the assistance of a colleague even though I was fully expecting to do that myself. I left feeling incredibly well treated!I decided to recycle my broken dryer for free later the same day and the colleague who had assisted with putting my new dryer in the car remembered me and realised why I was there within seconds of my entering the store. He immediately asked another colleague to get the old dryer out of my car and take it for recycling which completely surpassed my expectations: I had fully expected to move the old dryer myself.Just a wonderful experience from start to finish and we are so lucky to have such a great store and team in Penzance. Thank you!

It's so important to give praise where its due ! Hence this review about the staff at Curry's store in Long Rock and Tim,in particular.He gave professional yet friendly and unhurried support to my wife when she bought a Google Chromebook from the store.
