I had a slight problem with some headphones I purchased a couple of weeks ago and was able to exchange them for free despite no longer having the box (I had my receipt though). Great service from Ed. Thank you.

I visited Currys Penzance this morning wanting a high speed charger for my ipad. A female member of staff was incredibly rude to me, called me a liar when i told her that my new little used ipad was taking many hours to charge and walked off because i didnt want a lightning cable. Nipped into the Penzance store whilst down on holiday for a T.V ,I was welcomed by the most loviest and helpful salesman I have ever met excellent sales skills and not pushy at all.
