Went a bought GTA V and it was damaged, went and replaced it for another and once again installation stopped due to the disc being damaged. Not bothering now, just going to get my money back. What a joke.

What a rip-off!!! Example, God of War PS5. Averaging £16.50 - £22 on eBay, £35 in store and much older games going for over £40. I understand covering overheads but still, bloody horrendous. Plus asking how much they would buy a PS5 or Series X for. Made my jaw drop. Disgusting shop that thankfully I have, nor will ever buy from!!!

I love this place, with outlets everywhere. It's a one-stop shop for all things electrical and gaming.All things here are second-hand and are rated on the items quality. They also buy second hand items either for cash or credit.

I didn't expect them to switch my controller with a broken one with a dubious sticker on it! Be careful!I disagree, it is very much in your interest to do what occurred. I have already discussed the issue with resolver, ironic name as they resolved nothing.

First time using the ?Drop & Go? system, and it was perfect. Handed my goods to the lovely lady serving at the time, spend no more than 3 minutes instore. Received my eReceipt couple hours later, and was paid directly through bank transfer the next day. Best experience I?ve had in a CEX.

I brought my PS4 into to sell, I was told to come back in 40mins while they checked it. When I returned I was told that it didn't work and the controller was broken. When I got home I realised they had swapped my controller for a faulty one, as it had a sticker on the bottom for their shop and a key was damaged. I’ll never shop there again after such unscrupulous practice.

We love CEX, sure we could download or rent but that usually costs more and is only available for a limited period. We get most of our games and movies, as well as some sundry electronics, from CEX.The staff are Lao always friendly, helpful and happy, an unusual bonus today
