“Great service. Professional. Advice given was brilliant. On line ordering needs to be a little clearer regarding run flat or not. My fault ordering the wrong tyres but the local staff were brilliant fixing the problem and fitting the following day.I ordered the wrong tyres and the Penzance staff were great. Also advised of an issue with depth of tread across rear tyres on my hybrid BMW that Ocean BMW had not made me aware of when they advised me of my tread depths. Could had led to a costly problem.”

For sure I want to know if there is a real problem, but equally i don't want some nutjob attacking it with an icepick and trying to generate work.
