I rang up about a consultation for Invisalign. I had the consultation to then get down to reception for the receptionist to then say it wasn't booked in as that but booked on for a new patient appt after I had seen the dentist. I then had to pay £100 where there was no payment mentioned over the phone prior to the booking. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. They should actually mention a price over the phone before the appt instead of telling you to pay after you have seen the dentist. Won't be using them again. Shocking.

Can't praise them enough. My partner had a dental emergency and this was the only dentist surgery that showed any empathy for her situation, all the others we tried seemed more interested in registering her as a patient for extra fees without any guarantee of an appointment to get the issue resolved. Both the lady on reception and the dentist we saw were fantastic.

Excellent service. The staff are incredible from the women in reception, the assistants, hygienists and dentists. All very understanding and caring.

Being an NHS patient I was delighted to receive an email saying that I was due a check up.However upon trying to book one,was informed that no NHS appointments are available, only private ones at£100 !! Now I consider that to be very misleading at best and at worst ?, well I'll let the reader decide!Let's just say I won't be accepting their kind offer and have told them to take my details off their books.GOODBYE

Husband been a patient since a child. Called up with a hole in back tooth causing great pain due to infection. Was told to ring up at 8.30am for emergency slot but there's only one so first come first serve. Rang for 3 weeks every morning was told nothing they can do. I rang up begging them to see my husband due to him being in pain I was told to stop calling as the answer will still be the same. Had to go out of hours and had my tooth pulled out with shards left in the gum was told by smile to contact the dentist as they have a duty of care to remove the rest of the shards when they appear on the gum. Basically since May still the same answer no. Now husband has 2 other teeth with holes missing fillings and in pain. There's no duty of care here.

No longer NHS but you have to pay privately for an NHS emergency or take out their dental plan.

No effort or money is put behind supporting NHS patients here, I have not had a check up for years and there is no prospect of that changing. The managers and operators of this practice have abandonded their responsibilities.

Unfortunately the staff do not seem to care, they seem to have no interest in supporting or giving you the best option. I was happy to pay privately but they were trying to rip me off by making me take a private ?emergency? appointment. Unfortunately, the bad customer service and lack of care has made me join another practice, where I had a better experience after one phone call. Would not recommend.

Spoke to a lady a number of months ago to see if they were taking on NHS adults. The answer was no but she said they were taking on children under 5 for the NHS. She Took our details and gave us an appointment. Had another phone call today (2 weeks before my sons appointment was due) to tell me that he would have to have a private appointment (£49) because they were stretched to capacity. She continued to tell me how they are now not taking on NHS patients, I explained I understood that, but at the time of the initial phone call, they were taking children under 5. Whilst never denying that they were inititially, she continued to tell me that he could have the appointment if I paid private. So I had to cancel as its not something anyone can afford during the cost of living crisis. Considering many children are without a dentists, they seemed happy to take on those who have money. After already waiting a long time for an appointment we now have to wait longer again. Awful practice.
