Greeted with a friendly smile when I arrived. The young lady who carried out the initial tests explained everything in detail. The Optician was also very pleasant and explained the pictures that had been taken instead of just saying they were OK. I was then helped to choose the frames and all charges were explained. All in all a very pleasant visit.

I went in on a very busy Saturday afternoon for my appointment i was greeted a soon as i walked in I was early for my appointment so had a look around the glasses I then sat and waited. I was called in before my allocated time slot to see the optician he was friendly and talked me through the whole process (i was a little nervous as hadn't been for along time) once seen the ladys at the front were friendly and happy to help. I sat down and by then i was the only person left in the shop i didnt feel like they were trying to rush me out as i was the last 1 on a Saturday evening they were fun and joking with me great customer service and pleasant atmosphere looking forward to picking ky glasses up next week

Best opticians in Cornwall and I have been to a few.The manageress is very friendly and helpful as is Mark the optician.Actually all the staff are welcoming and polite.Would not go anywhere else. 5 Star
