They are a joy to be around and give you confidence on the bike so naturally to develop quickly and I can’t thank you all enough.

Delighted with passing my mod 1 & mod 2 results.

Just wanted to feedback my thoughts and thought the whole process was brilliant from start to finish.

Hopefully see the guys again soon and I know it was good when I’ll miss the lessons and going out for a ride.

“Great service. Professional. Advice given was brilliant. On line ordering needs to be a little clearer regarding run flat or not. My fault ordering the wrong tyres but the local staff were brilliant fixing the problem and fitting the following day.I ordered the wrong tyres and the Penzance staff were great. Also advised of an issue with depth of tread across rear tyres on my hybrid BMW that Ocean BMW had not made me aware of when they advised me of my tread depths. Could had led to a costly problem.”

“Had my electronic handbrake seize on a busy road in Newlyn whilst in Cornwall. A family member who lives locally recommended giving Ruan a call. Despite Ruan clearly being extremely busy, he agreed to have the car recovered to his garage late in the day, and then pulled out all the stops to replace my calipers the v next day enabling me to get back to Bristol. Great communication, attitude and price for parts and labour. Absolutely went above and beyond to get me sorted and can't recommend his services highly enough. 11/10. Thanks Ruan & team ?”

“We were on holiday in Penzance and the boot on our car would not lock or close, we had a long motorway journey home and were worried as we could feel the boot flapping and bumping as we drove along. We took the car in and Craig kindly fitted us in the next morning first thing at 08:00 am. Within an hour Craig rang to inform us it was an electrical fault with the lock and we needed it replaced, Craig had already ordered one to come in that afternoon. We had the car back and fixed by mid afternoon. Very grateful and impressed by the honest, understanding and efficient service.”
