Personally had a bad experience with this company. Contacted them in January. Explained the problem - they booked me in for end of feb (at 12). Called the day before, talked to them about the issue again, and this time they are saying i 'probably need a roofer, not them'. Ironically I had asked for the actual engineer to call me ahead of time to explain it to him, as I wasn't sure myself. But the DAY before? Called me at 1 on the day (when they told me they'd be here at 12) to say they couldn't get here until 3.15. I wont be here then, so had to cancel. All in all, terrible experience, unprofessional company.
