Terrible experience boots not as advertised not size 6 nowhere near. No returns info on request making me pay for returns even though not the size they had advertised, not anywhere near. During correspondence with me they lied about them not having any other issues when 1. These boots are not the size they state on the boot so they clearly would have and 2. Serious data breach where upon I had the last persons personal data in the top of the box poking out where they had returned them due to the size stated on boots not being the correct size. Terrible customer service still no refund and no returns information as promised via email so my daughter still has no boots as i need the money from the return to purchase a pair from a Reputable firm who sell the correct sizes as printed on the boots. This could have all been easily rectified by a pre paid label being sent to me and not with a specification they will be deducting it from the refund amount as they have stated they will as clearly the reason for the need for the return is their company have sold a mis sized item. Clearly. By not sending email with returns info they are illegally holding my money have seen in reviews I am not the only one. Not all of us have spare money to just buy a new pair from a better company we need our money back for items we are being blocked from returning

I have had many pairs of flip flops, sandals, boots and slippers over the years and have always been extremely happy with the service, quality and amazing choice.Sadly it seems a lot of companies have been punished for Royal mails mess-ups during the strikes.

Held my money for 30 days and didn?t fulfil the order or let me know anything? Tried phoning and just got a recorded message. Zero customer service
