Rude manager looked at us like dirt and with no customer service skills at all told our autistic son off. Then walked off with some other of the men staff laughing about some joke. Felt more like a match day than a store. Staff look unhappy.

I ordered heavy items to be delivered today. Ben Nankervis phoned to say the van was being loaded and should be here within 30 mins, then a call from Stefan the driver to say they were on their way. Brilliant service, thank you both

Excellent range and helpful staff which you need sometimes when you can't find exactly what you're looking for. Don't assume they haven't got it, just ask.

Sarcastic, rude, unhelpful staff. Asked for assistance to pay at the self service checkout and the young lady was just about as unhelpful as she could be so I left the goods I was going to purchase and walked out. Now I'll go and buy from a competitor's store instead where the staff know how to treat their customers with more respect.

Grumpy miserable staff- otherwise a great store that deserves a 5 star rating-with everything I normally need for the house-have used it a lot in the last 20 years. Some customer service training might be helpful for some staff.

Big store that has everything we need in local area! Customer service was great, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. Massive parking space, very convenient.
