Each time we have been the service has been pretty awful.
Staff didn't speak, no exchange of pleasantries at all.
Not at peak times either.
Hopefully this has changed since we last visited.

Great food, great service and dog friendly. Thank you to Kelly for helping me put my coffee in a takeaway cup without any fuss at all. 10/10 great stop on the journey back home.

My first time in a Starbucks, i certainly won't be back.
Tea was served in a dirty mug, i was not informed where to find milk or sugar. finally found the milk station and it was absolutely filthy, found my self trying to stir my tea with the most flimsy wooden sticks, no teaspoons in sight.
tables filthy and very sticky.
My name was taken for the coffee but the lady at the end of the till didn't know if the coffee she made was even for me.
I asked if it was for me, using the name I was asked at the till, she replied "I don't know".
Was also nice having a male manager force his way through me while i was in the queue after leaving the back area with another guy. Literally squeezed between me and the milk area without even apologising or even saying a word to me.
Now I can see why anyone is hardly here.

Staff looked like they were losing the will to live. Took a name to collect the order but when we went to pick up they didn't know who it was for. Managers getting in the way of customers in the waiting area without so much as an apology. Tea was weak. Coffee was burnt. Tables sticky. Only saving grace is that the toilets are clean enough to pee in, but they're only for customers...so you kind of have to endure poor service in order to relieve yourself.

Coffee just tastes absolutely rank! Took the first latte back and the 2nd tasted even worse. Eventually had to put up with a McDonald?s latte over the road for a quick fix. Dirty tables, staff very unfriendly. Cinnamon roll stale and not very nice. Wouldn?t bother! Just doesn?t taste like Starbucks coffee?!?

Coffee prices high at 3.60 for a small cappuccino. Serve up with no interest in quality, no offer of chocolate topping.

I had an indifferent order taker today. Didn?t really care. Also WiFi was out but again, indifferent. Oh well. Hopefully the smoky friendly staff are on tomorrow.

I managed to spill my iced caramel all over the floor!! However a very helpful member of staff came to the rescue & kindly provided me with another drink. Very friendly welcoming atmosphere.
