The coin slot was blocked, I tried staying calm with miles to go still. The lady in the shop could not have been more helpful. Out she came in her dayglo yellow jacket. Luckily, she pointed me towards another airline in a different part of the layout. I was such an incompetent and messed up while trying not to have a panic attack. It seems like overreacting now but my PTSD brain was stirring. The lovely lady fixed the tyres for me and chatted to me throughout. I have forgotten her name, though the initials EG are in my mind. BIG SHOUT to her, she deserves a bonus ?”
