Food & drinks: Enjoyed one of the better breakfasts I've eaten while traveling

would not recommend the camping location it was way more than 15min walk from the main site as stated. More like a 15 min drive. It was advertised as lakeside when it was really like a scene out of the film 'wrong turn'. Down a long dirt track with a few scattered campervans which looked like they had been living there for an eternity. Strew with rubbish and old mattresses etc. We made a quick gateaway and booked somewhere else immediately

I have a deep affection for this establishment and I never miss an opportunity to suggest it to others. The breakfast options here are truly outstanding, and what's even better is that they are reasonably priced. The service is incredibly swift and efficient, with a friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The decor is one-of-a-kind and adds a special touch to the overall experience.

Visited to watch High Voltage band who were excellent. Nice venue. Plenty of space. Comfortable seating. Great bar service, good selection of drinks and good prices. Also has a games room and pool table. Only slight disappointment was that there wasn't any real ale on draught. But bottles are available. Doom Bar was very good.

Love this family run site, it's always spotless and lots for children to do.Wouldn't wanna stay anywhere else in Cornwall. Also the new coffee shop is amazing, food and cakes are all home made and taste out this world.

The family and I stayed on-site in one of the caravans available through Snowland Leisure Group. This was the cheapest site I could find in Cornwall and we are so pleased that we chose it. It has everything one could possibly need for a holiday.Being our first trip to Cornwall, we thought to set off early (3am) to avoid traffic, this we knew would make us 6 hours earlier than the signing in time required but thought it worth it. Once we arrived, we spoke with Vicky on the reception desk and she understood the reason for our early travel arrangements she was emphatic, polite and more than helpful, she requested that the cleaners cleaned our van first. (I phoned the day before travelling just to ask if we could park on-site, knowing we'd be early). We ate at Snowy's Diner (on-site), very nice bacon sandwich btw and followed the instructions given by Vicky to make our way to the beach (10-12min walk). See pic for flat white and mocha.See pic also for local beach. We were handed the caravan keys, helpful map and details of facilities on site. We were so grateful to Vicky for the early access! Can't thank you enough! See pic for map.Whilst there, my husband and I made the most of the gym facilities (£17.50 each for the week); brilliant gym, ample equipment and more. The staff in there were welcoming and Jamie was helpful and friendly to assist when I had questions about equipment. Access to the pool is the same door as the gym, although we didn't use it it looked clean and we would have happily have paid the extra price if we'd needed to.We also used the games room where we played air hockey (£1) a game, foosball (50p a game) and the children played on the various other games in there too. The bar was used by a few locals too which was nice to see them supporting the band that played. The laudrette came in handy for an emergency wash load (£4) and with it being sunny we could just drape the items on the van's outdoor wooden banister once done. They offer a pizza takeaway on Sundays in Aug, ask at reception for details. See pic for details.Throughout our stay there were staff members busying themselves with jobs around the site daily, ensuring it was well kept. The lawn in front of our van (the children's park) was kept tidy along with the flowers that dressed the perimeter of the van.The van was modern, clean and on a well equipped site..all we needed to make a fantastic holiday. We are already looking to come again.
