Served in here by the most miserable obnoxious short grey haired woman you can imagine. Definitely not suited to a customer service role, maybe some training should be provided - a smile and greeting the paying customers for a start.Shame as the usual lady who serves in here is lovely and friendly.Shelves three quarters... read full comment
