Hi, we decided to visit the Britannia inn today, on a Friday evening by chance of driving past on our way to visit Fowey, we saw the lovely garden & bouncy castle up so perfect for kids! & wow what an amazing choice ! The place is very clean! & in particular we must comment on how amazing our food was! & probably the best evening & food we?ve ever had in Cornwall! Was that good!! & was also very quick & friendly service! Compliments to everyone! You should be very proud!! ??

Excellent service at a party here in a surprisingly warm marquee in December!
We attended a birthday party here at the weekend. The venue was very good, with a large function room and outdoor seating (we were lucky with the weather). Drinks prices were fairly high but fair overall - we didn't stay in the rooms because we camped in the grounds. Facilities were basic but there was no charge for the camping pitch. The location is good for touring one of our favourite parts of Cornwall. Overall, very happy. The flat, open campsite is adjacent to a road so there was a fair amount of traffic noise during the night. There is a decent beer garden with a kids play area.

Lovely atmosphere, staff are friendly, meal choice as a vegitarian is good. Only down side is the meals are a wee bit expensive, but becoming more the norm nowadays

We had a table booked for five people and two dogs in the bar restaurant area at 1pm. We were early and they were able to bring the table forward which was great as we had just travelled five hours in the car. The service was excellent but the food was fantastic with good size portions, presented beautifully but most of all absolutely delicious. Very dog friendly too. Would highly recommend this place.
