This is a beautifully presented shop with friendly staff, but the merchandise is disappointing with very little from Cornwall. Most of the goods are clearly imported (although many aren?t marked) - why would you come to Cornwall and want to buy Spanish plates or ?Rick Stein? mugs that are made in China and not in Britain? Even the Jill Stein range isn?t clearly made here. The Steins are missing a trick here.

Oh dear. It's a lovely little shop but there are lots of lovely little shops in Padstow and they don't usually come with with such rude staff. Maybe we were unlucky today but my shopping experience was deeply unpleasant and I won't be back.

Great wee shop if you are a fan of Rick Stein. It sells lots of Yummo food, cookery books and utensils for the kitchen. I love visiting this shop when I am in Padstow. There is plenty of parking nearby too.
