It's there and providing a service (sometimes), but the staff seem very unhappy about it plus the bother of paying for parking and walking into town with a package. Go to the St Eval shop/post office instead. They are so nice, always cheerful and happy to take multiple packages at once, plus free parking right in front.

Avoid if you can. Grumpy Staff all round. Don't want to take parcels in at post office due to lack of space, That's there problem not general public.

Having driven 2miles then walked down into Padstow to post a small parcel, I assumed the PO would be open at 11.00am on a Wednesday . Wrong, the lady behind the counter told me they were closed, she also said, after I asked when they would open , " don't know, maybe 1/2 hour or 1 hour.' She was very rude and dismissive, then went back to counting stamps, as far as I could see.

Visited earlier today only to be met with a rude and abrupt "post office is closed". This was at 1130am on a Wednesday morning!! It's apparent that running a post office and a Spar shop is beyond the staff that were there.
