Cold reception. The old gentleman with glasses to the right of the counter makes up his own rules and I?m beginning to think whether it?s racially motivated. I do spend money there but within my limits. One day He refused to hand me the key for the toilet despite me being on site for most of the day.On another occasion he told he I couldn?t eat my burger on site - I was about to take some bets, but his statement put me off. I didn?t see any sign on the window to say no eating! Makes me wonder? In any case I will no longer spend my time and money at this particular shop.

Popped in to hills at newquay today at 6.35 to be immediately told by staff member that the door will be getting locked in 5 minutes. According to sign on door it closed at 7pm. Never felt so unwelcome in a bookmakers. The staff need to take lessons from paul at betfred up the rd as he was very friendly and welcoming. Yes I get it we dont like working late on a sunday. I too work for a bookmakers. Coral in northeast and would not dream of making a customer feel like an inconvenience 25 minutes before we close. Shall not be returning. Shocking customer service.

Customer service in these premises is appalling. My husband went in to put a bet on and was shouted at by the assistant for having a child with him. He was unaware of the no under 18 rule. The way he spoke to my husband upset out granddaughter. This is should have been handled better. The employee obviously needs more training in customer service!
