Quintrell arms was a lovely experience, my Sister and I were holidaying in the area and decided to go for a Roast dinner! There carvery was second to none! All very fresh ingredients, really tasty, great portions and very accommodating. The head Chef Simon was really helpful when we asked to take some food away and they provided takeaway boxes and a box to carry them in as they were too hot to carry! The food was absolutely delicious and I cleaned my whole plate! Would highly recommend. Great value for money! A must visit!

Carvery was 10/10. Fresh food, great value and good selection of meats and vegetables. Staff were polite and friendly. I would go again. Thank you for a loveky time.

We Both had gammon steaks which were excellent with coleslaw served quickly and the staff were friendly.

As a family, we enjoyed our meal and were looked after but a lovely young lady. Food was good and big kids loved the gammon steaks.
Pub was clean Tidy.
Vegetarian options: Yes there was.
Kid-friendliness: I had 2 big kids amd a toddler and all were welcome.

Absolutely diabolical service and food quality.
Menu offered ?seasonal veg? with pie of the day. Turned out seasonal meant frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower all of which were disgustingly cold, soggy and tasteless. Disappointing given that fresh carrots, broccoli and cauliflower are so easy to cook, store and source at this time of year. Anyone who calls themselves a chef and cooks frozen veg needs to return to catering college or give up.
The pie crust was very hard, too - again, probably although I?m not certain, pre-frozen.
No one came to check whether we were satisfied with our meal, so I took the plates to the bar and complained. The bar staff member said ?I?ll let chef know? but didn?t even offer us a cup of tea as recompense.
Whole atmosphere was cold and inattentive? definitely wouldn?t recommend and won?t be back, despite the fact we live in cornwall

Booked for 5 adults New years day carvery.We all went away extremely disappointed. Had a refund for one cold plate of food.I don't know how they had the nerve to charge at all.meat like thin bits of rag and fat never ever seen anything like it ?. Sprouts looked grey and possibly resurrected from xmas day gravy almost clear and only warm part was cauliflower cheese which was pretty runny but kept potatoes warm on plate.Been here many times and never had this before.

First of all very expensive, we did pop in for a meal until I seen the price of the menu and for 2 pints come to £10.90 which is crazy. The pub was shabby you can't cover everything up with a lick of paint. Even the chairs we sat down on in the restaurant area the legs were all wobbly. So in the end we went across the road to the Premier Inn where we were greeted with a smile plus table service and a decent meal which was basically half the price of the quintrell Inn.

Absolute lovely food I had a roast carvery and it was outstanding , staff are so freindly and welcoming , highly recommend this place .
