We gave this company a second chance after making numerous mistakes last year with another order.That was a mistake in itself!They didn't stock items we required so ordered them in. We waited patiently for our brushed copper tile trims and fuggabella grout.When they came the grout was the wrong colour and the tile trims were shiny brass.Roll on another 3 weeks and many phone calls, it eventually got sorted.It really disrupted our renovation project, as it could not be decorated until it had finished being tiled.When I complained, the chap on the phone implied it was our fault!Unfortunately we will not be giving this company another chance.Shame, as we like to support local businesses.

Unbelievable show room to browse ? Such a wide variety of bathroom styles you can actually see in person, which is amazing when you come to choose your own. Simon's experience with tiles is very clear here and after looking through the many tiles, Simon helped me choose a style for my own home and I am absolutely over the moon. I cannot rate this company enough. I will 100% be back again for my next project.

Quick delivery and very helpful on the phone when I wanted a number of tiles rather than square metreage and wasn't sure how many boxes to order. Product exactly as described and very well packaged.

Decided to try the Cornwall tile company after previously being let down by another place and I can?t fault the service one bit. They answered all the questions I needed and even took the time to give me advice within the shop. Friendly owner and a quality selection of products, definitely will be returning soon. Thankyou

Very poor service. One to avoid? Some examples include:-1. Don?t answer the phone2. You have to chase constantly for quotes3. Unhelpful email responses4. After two weeks of trying I have given up

I got 8 corner beads from them but realised I urgently needed three more so I called to see if they had any in stock. They said they would call back and let me know- they never bothered. I therefore managed to do the job without the beads and took them back to the shop. I paid around £150 for the 8 beads and got only a £80 refund. They said I needed to pay carriage and 25% restock! Of all the merchants in Newquay these are the worst I have ever come across. I will never return and happily do a 30 mile round trip to Truro to avoid them next time I need tiling products.

After installing a new kitchen myself and wife we very unsure on type, colour, size etc so spoke to Simon for some guidance. Simon was very knowledgable, professional and pointed us in the right direction.Theres many tile ranges to suit all budgets so after making our choice and paying I was very surprised how quickly I received the call to say they had arrived (2 days)!! Also I didn?t know they supplied bathroom furniture as well. I know my next project is the bathroom so will be back again. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Cornwall Tile Company has supplied me with tiles for two major projects. They have always been very professional and helpful, calling out to the properties and offering expert help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge and workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering updating or renewing their bathrooms or any ceramic work.
