Ashamed to say i went else were for a quote first... after recovering from the stupidity and expense and ill advice i sought advice from john.. totally brilliant service from carpet choice to fitters,( with a great sense of humour) and a fantastic attitude to help and clean as they went.. totally amazing , carpet is lush .. and less than half the price from the cowboy who thought he could rip me off!! .. thankyou john, for your honesty and advice, great carpet, great fitters, cannot recommend enough! Totally brilliant guys, thankyou.

Wow, I am so impressed and happy with my new carpets, from ordering them in the shop to having measurements done and then delivery guys for laying it all, very professional to all involved. I highly recommend this business to anyone wanting their carpet. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Brian was fantastic with the information he provided, carpet is great quality, the lads who laid the carpet were very professional and polite, we will recommend to family and friends, so glad we used the carpet shop very happy, thanks.

Anybody considering new carpets here or around Newquay should seriously consider The Carpet Store! The proprietor Brian led us through the process of selection through to fitting. All completed within a week by a Terrific young man carpet fitter names Zak. The end result is a perfect job at a great price, and I would add that Zak was incredibly neat and tidy in his work and simply got on with the job. Totally 5 ++ stars and would highly recommend and will use again!

I cannot thank John, Brian, Rob and most recently Justin and his sons enough for the last year?s work at my Hotel. Professional, courteous and prompt on each occasion I?ve requested their help with refurbishments at the Hotel. On this latest occasion, Justin and his boys absolutely smashed 48 bedrooms and corridors in 11 Days, 11 Days! I cannot recommend the Carpet Shop enough. If you?re still unsure, do pop in to the Kilbirnie Hotel, Narrowcliff, Newquay and see their outstanding work first hand.

Really great service. Samples were brought to our house on the same day I called. And the carpet was fitted super quickly the following week. So much better and faster than the big high street names!
