The whole experience has been very traumatic, bunch of con artists be very careful if asking this company in newquay to sell your home. They have no compassion and try and take over your home even when you give them 28days notice to end the agreement they refuse and tell you that you still have another 6 months. We also lost a private sale due to this company. BE WARNED THEY ALSO DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO TAKE YOUR HOME OFF THE MARKET EVEN IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO SELL THEY STILL DONT LET YOU COME OUT OF THERE SCAMMING CONTRACTS THAT THEY THINK GIVES THEM MORE RIGHT THAN YOURSELF OVER A HOME YOU OWN. GO ELSEWERE IS MY ADVISE SEE YOU IN COURT STRATTON CON ARTISTS

absolutely disgusting service no customer service skills and a very bad attitude. A simple task even my 6 year old could manage. I had to call another branch where someone competent answered the phone shouldn't have to speak to management for simple tasks.
not to mention branches keep shutting when ever they feel like
photo taken today as couldn't get through on the phone so went to the branch to find it shut. other branch I got poor customer service.

My process has taken a while ( due to me waiting out for the right house and being the right time for our circumstances) and the whole team have been GREAT from start to finish.
