Lovely, knowledgeable staff. Eye tests were extremely thorough and explained to you fully. From booking in to collecting my new glasses, great communication about what was happening and how much everything was through each stage. Also a great range and choice of glasses to suit every budget. Very pleased with the whole experience!

While on holiday in Newquay, my glasses were stolen and I was due to drive back up North the next day. I called Specsavers Newquay and they explained the options available, but these required booking an appointment and having an eye test first.
When I went in, although they couldn?t provide same-day glasses without a current prescription, the staff were really helpful and allowed me to purchase contact lenses using my existing (though slightly old) prescription. This made all the difference in getting me and my family home safely.
The team were supportive and understanding in a stressful situation. Thanks

Picked out some new frames, over £200 so when I got the voicemail that they'd arrived 3 days before the expected delivery and to call to book an appt. I did. After being on hold for 20 mins the call was put through but all I could hear was the inside of the shop, with no one able to hear me. Then after 20 mins someone keyed in a number and hung up! Upon getting to the shop I was expecting it to be crazy busy, there was maybe 2 customers in. The girl didnt care at all about my glasses fitting and barely looked at them on my face, just asked if they felt okay? I highlighted that they felt slightly off and she went and adjusted the nose pads saying they were very off. There was no checking the glasses were sitting correctly on my ears or anything? At the time i couldnt wait to get the new ones on. But upon reflection it seemed a crap service for spending such a large amount with them. Next time, I'll go to Vision Express.

I visited Specsavers in Newquay looking for help with my broken glasses. As they did think they could be repaired they offered to fit my lenses into the same frame, as it was still available and they would do it for half price. They also suggested I get in touch with my local Specsavers where I purchased them 12 months before as they might be under warranty. My local Specsavers said that they couldn?t do anything and would have to charge me full price and suggested if I?m getting a better deal in Newquay to use them. I went back to the store while on holiday, the manager found the exact piece I needed, replaced the broken arm and did not charge me at all. What fabulous customer services they offer.

I arrived at Newquay Specsavers with a possible retinal detachment they fitted me in straight away. All the staff were absolutely amazing and in particular the lady who did all my testing with my eyes I think her name osas she put me at my ease and explained everything to me and relieved my anxiety after finding out it was something else she was amazing and a great asset to the company as are all the staff I met that day thank you all so much
