Has pretty much everything you could possibly need. A good selection of special dietary goods (vegan, gf etc) and cornish produce too. I've always found that the staff are cheerful & happy to help.
This is my go to 'nip to the shop' shop!

Went in this evening to see if the spar had dishwasher salt as I heard its good for unblocking drains, went in and politely asked the old lady behind the till (shrill London accent, curly hair)If they sold dishwasher salt as I couldn't find any sink unblockerRather than say yes or no, I got yelled at."YOU DONT NEED DISHWASHER SALT IN CORNWALL ""IF YOU BUY DISHWASHER SALT YOU'RE BEING RIPPED OFF"At no point was I even able to speak and inform her that I wanted it for a blocked drain, she continuously yelled about me wasting money and how it's not needed! I ended up just walking out, empty handed, didn't even buy the other stuff I needed, I could still hear her yelling at me about salt while I was walking to my car.Won't be back to that shop while she's working there.

Three working behind the till, 10 customers waiting and yet absolute shambles. One person working the tills, one looking around and the other trying to help but only one till being used.
