I ordered from them, they accept payment, then don't dispatch order, don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone, don't call back, just totally ignore, still waiting...

Seabase had good customer service
in the past (and it may be down to the time of the year) but I ordered and paid for surboard blanks and other materials over 3 weeks ago and have not had a response from them. Impossible to get them on the phone either.

We supply in person and deliver locally by van or Nationally and across all of Europe by courier. Our shipping rates are the best around. We send blanks and dangerous goods such as resin all over Europe without a problem.
Seabase has been in the trade for 50 years - we are known of quality products. We don't supply inferior surfboard material and anything you buy from Seabase is at economical prices but premium quality.
