Terrible service. I ordered a pair of safety boots, the next day I received a phone call as they had arrived but were the wrong size so was told the correct size would be there the next day.
The next day I received a phone call to say they were ready to pick up I picked them up when I got to work I found once again they were the wrong size.
The next day I took them back and requested a refund.
That was a week ago and still haven't received it.
Rang screwfix and once again was told they had made another mistake this time with my refund and I would have to wait another 3 to 5 days.
Screwfix have cost me time and money with this appauling service and I will never use them again. ???

Nice, clean entrance. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Use the newquay branch fairly regularly, for personal and work related reasons. Always been a positive experience. Excellent on price and very good stocking levels. But the cherry on top, are the staff. Just friendly, polite, helpful staff. Thankyou.

The staff are incredibly helpful, even when I have stupid questions. Easy returns when I?ve bought the wrong thing and always helpful advice. Open 7 days a week is a saviour on Sundays and great advice when needed
