Went for a Mon to Fri stay in a pet friendly caravan. It was clean and tidy. Only used the restaurant once and again sat in pet friendly area. Food was reasonably priced and no issues. Plenty of seating under heat lamps outside with TV monitors and

Beautiful locations, staff friendly and helpful. Caravan was lovely and clean and spacious. Good location for Newquay and Perranporth. Lovely last minute weekend away.

Location good and all staff friendly. However list as long as my arm regarding issues with our caravan and the cleanliness, then the dog has come back with fleas , first time ever in 14 years shes had them, We were concerned regarding the carpet how vile it was even though we hoovered it everyday, therefore can only be from there. Its a joke we had to pay £50, extra for the dog then she comes back with fleas and costs us extra money for treatment!

Good location if you want to get into Newquay, however we will not be visiting again due to the dog smell in our accommodation. On walking into the caravan we could immediately smell a very strong dog scent. We could see dogs in neighbouring caravans on the sofas etc so can only presume the same had been happening in ours before we arrived. We don't have a dog and I'm not keen on them so it made us feel that overall the caravan wasn't as clean as perhaps it could be. The smell persisted for the entire week and it made the whole place feel dirty unfortunately. As an addition, not sure why the park staff felt it necessary to start using leaf blowers at 8am, not that it mattered as I'd already be woken by someone drilling at 7.30am! Strangest caravan park I've ever been to.

Location not bad about ten min drive out of Newquay. Park is hilly. Paid bit more for a larger caravan as you can see from photo the view is of a wall out bedroom window, so it was very dark and quite damp not surprising when the bedding for the next people is just chucked in a bag underthe caravan for hours before you leave. Caravan was OK, one supposed twin room literally had two beds with inches between them had to climb to get in. Stayed for convenience only.

Stayed last week. Had dog friendly caravan which was perfect for us. Clean and tidy site with good facilities.Only downside was that there is no lighting at all near the woof park! So on darker evenings you can't see if the gates are shut at the other end or even where your dog is! Walking 2 dogs with a flash light is not easy. Could do with just a few lights down there.

Caravan a big let down. Bedsheets felt damp. Wardrobes felt damp. Hanging clothes always felt damp too. Reasonably clean. As for the camp facilities. They were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Pity the caravan let us down.

Firstly we got there and they downgraded our caravan without letting us know before we got there.Secondly the pillows, shower, curtains were caked in mould I HAD TO SLEEP ON THE SOFA ALL WEEK.The bathroom door kept locking itself.Hair dryer doesn?t work. And all they had to say was ?sorry we don?t catch it all? but they cannot catch mould growing all over their disgusting van.I then had to go grab ?brand new? pillows at 12 am in the morning to then waking up on the last day to strip the pillow which was also caked in mould.I would not recommend for people to stay here because all they care about is your money not your comfort. It was my first holiday with my friends and will never be coming back to this place. I?ve had a better stay in a travelodge

Shocking avoidWell where do we start. 7.5 hour journey.arrived at about 5 on Saturday.we paid for an extra cleaning service on n top of our booking included bedding. Door was unlocked . And was not able to lock as it was faulty lock . Walked in to find black mold on ceiling . Walls . Shower . Knobs missing on oven . No heat shield glass in oven doors. Well at that point I started to cook dinner as my partner emailed the park , to complain . After dinner I was round finding faults everywhere. As it was the weekend and limited staff we waited for an email response. By Monday we went to down to complain. We were told to stay in and someone would be up shortly. By 5 no contact so rang hoseasons. Then both manitance and cleaning arrived 10 min after our call. They spent 30 min to clean and said they would send someone the next day as priority to deep clean the lodge.Next day noone arrived . So Thursday morning we had had enough. We handed our keys back 3 days early .We have since complained again when we got back home and after 10 days offering £

We stayed for 7 nights. We had a pet friendly caravan and all I can say is make sure you take an air freshener to strap around your nose because the caravan absolutely stunk of dogs. I appreciate they are pet friendly but a bit of a carpet clean and sofa clean from time to time would help. I felt dirty sitting on the sofa.

Place was lovely and facilities were great. Also the pools were very good and the kids club was fun. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was good.Food places ie pizza box, scoops and the fish and chip shop shut early which left people without food when we thought we could get from them. Also when going into Newquay to try and have food one night we struggled to get in anywhere. Locals were very unwelcoming, unfriendly and some even said locals only on the door so if you want to go off site I really wouldn?t bother. Was actually very embarrassing and never felt so unwelcome before.

It does shock me the amount of noise of groups of young people just walking around drunk shouting at night. I have been in a caravan by the kids playarea in the Glades and 3 nights in a row now I have had to open my window between 1am and 3am to ask kids to please stop. At which they really aren't polite or respectful. So don't expect it to be nice and peaceful just because your in what seems a child friendly area. The arcade is nothing to thrilling majority of the machines seem to be empty when I have gone in at 6/7pm and don't get topped up much so was slightly disappointed with the arcade as I usually love going these with my brother when I go on my family caravan holidays. The caravans in general are nice inside and have majority of what you will need (bring a hair dryer thats one thing not provided)I'm only into day 3 of my weeks holiday and I can't wait to finally just get a decent night's sleep

One of the worst family breaks we have been on. Where do I even start! We had paid directly through Parkdean whom changed our caravan at last notice without even considering to let us know and happened to sub let a property at a much cheaper rate than what we had initially given them.. the Caravan given to us to stay in for the week was tiny with no room to store your clothes let alone any souvenirs.. although they reassured us it was a upgrade (I think because it had an extra bedroom) lol, it gets worse just wait.. the caravan was filthy with burn marks on the floor and dirt/grime/dust everywhere even the net curtains needed a deep clean! I had to spend the first hour cleaning the place which you shouldn?t have to do upon arrival considering the money paid!! The mattress in the master bedroom was horrendous the only way to describe it would be like sleeping on a bed of nails!! Hope changed the mattress for us without any hesitation upon inspection but it shouldn?t have been in there it was a H&S Hazard??Nappies under the caravan from previous holidaymakers with flies covering it was another reason to dislike the Parkdean Newquay site.Tables need a good clean! The entertainment is good but feel staff members like Jay are quite rude and keen to push the blame onto other members of staff for things they are unable to control like the balance bikes being ridden across the dance floor by children.. his words ?it isn?t a hazard he?s only a little boy and it?s not his problem it?s the security? which I totally get he cannot take them off the bike but a polite reminder to parents that using bikes indoors isn?t permitted would have solved the problem easily making it enjoyable for every child and not 1 or 2! I think he also needs to bear in mind not every disability is visible and to always take others into consideration no matter the age!The pool is supposed to be heated but something is clearly wrong with the small pool which is freezing for adults let alone toddlers meaning you would have to take your children into the bigger pool which gets very over crowded as it is a lot warmer! The slide is un-manned meaning children have to alert the lifeguard when the water stops running down it and even then he seams very unbothered which is a big concern! The lifeguard on duty was totally unaware of the family (about 16 people) in the ?closed? pool behind him who had clearly not understood the closure of the pool at 17:30-18:00 but was obliviousThe fish and chip van was closed the whole week apart from Monday due to the ?fryer breaking? although this can?t be helped the urgency to get it fixed was not there considering it?s the summer holidays!!!The bar is slow unless 1 blonde girl is doing all the drinks orders she works her bottom off and is a credit to Parkdean Newquay without her you would not be able to cope with the high volume of customers. They have limited options for soft drinks as they run out every single day and often have to go to other nearby resorts to collect stock! I mean I can bypass it once but not every single day of your holiday. The alcoholic drinks menu is pretty poor and I quote ?bar staff have not been taught how to make certain drinks advertised yet? (it?s really frustrating) really not sure what?s going on here to be honest it?s dire when it could be good but nobody really has a clue and have the attitude of ?can?t be bothered? apart from the odd 1 or 2 (very disappointed)There were some parts that we did manage to enjoy and credit where credits due the girls work their absolute socks off entertaining our young children and adults morning, noon and night! The family entertainment in the evening is brilliant and gives everybody a chance to get involved. The Starland Shop was a massive hit with something for everyone of all ages at affordable prices. Pizza Box is brilliant and very affordable with deals to feed the whole family *£35.99 2x large pizzas, 2x small pizzas & 4 cans of drink. The arcade is amazing, something for all the family! The kids loved it in here and were happy with their gifts!
