We visited the Minor Injuries Unit after a surfing accident last week. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The triage was straightforward and we were seen with little waiting time.

I took my mum here as she fell over and cut her head open, she gave her details when arrived. And was seen in about 5 minutes the staff gave 100% all the time, they were very friendly and professional. She ended up with 12 stitches and was able to go home after about two hours of care from staff.

The team are really friendly, helpful, and caring. They worked hard to keep my young son from worrying even when he was being referred to Treliske for scary tests.The wait times vary at the MIU (and it doesn't help when people who shouldn't be there are taking up space and resources) but the staff are really good at keeping you updated about wait times.

Had to take my husband to this clinic over Xmas. A bite on his leg started to turn nasty and he wasn't quite with it. Obviously poisonous and he was treated straight away and given antibiotics.Can't thank them enough. They probably saved his leg. Excellent people. God Save our NHS.

My young daughter started crying in pain with her ear whilst away on holiday, no answer from the docs and so I took her to minor injuries as I didn?t want to leave her suffering. The reception staff were so lovely, and we were seen so quick by a lovely young nurse, who confirmed her diagnosis with another lovely nurse. Excellent service as usual from the NHS.

Excellent service here every time I've had to attend myself and with my children. Polite and friendly reception staff, efficient triage and very good level of care. Very glad that we have this in Newquay and don't have to go all the way to Treliske A&E with minor injuries.

It was fairly straightforward. Glad to see they are still wearing masks. I was in and out the x-ray department in no time.the receptionist Jane was very pleasant and helpful.

Had an accident on holiday and hurt my leg...triaged very quickly and assessed ...sent out with crutches for the week. Quick service though this was on a Tuesday afternoon.

Food is amazing and hot staff cant help you enough they are understaffed which is a shame but make the most of it best hospital I have ever stayed in down side other ladies shouting banging most nights no sleep so went home before I should
