I am very disappointed that you are always closed at the Newquay brach on Saturdays. It's the only day I have free. I do not like talking to a robot. So I unless you open on a Saturday I'm seriously thinking of closing down my account with you. I have been with you almost 40yrs your customer service is not very suitable for me.

Small branch. No on street parking outside the branch but busy on street parking in road to rear of premises. Wheelchair accessible entrance with automatic door. 1 atm outside and 2 inside in addition to 2 tellers inside. Helpful staff.
